Making a Reservation

-If we have or do not have availablility we will send you an email quickly.
-A 25% - 30% non refundable deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit is not refundable due to the high demand for all apartments. Deposits are not due immediately, however, a deadline will be set and will act as the cancelation fee. If you miss your deadline your reservation will be cancelled and your dates will be given to someone on our waitlist.
-An invoice will be sent via email with a link to enter your payment information securely. Deposits can also be made via mastercards or Visa (5%), bank transfers & western union. We accept US cheques if mailed 2 weeks before arrival. ONLY DEPOSITS CAN BE MADE WITH CREDIT CARDS.
Days Before Arrival
- Final email is sent re- confirming reservation, arrival and departure dates, balance due as well as transportation information to our location. We will also require your travel information i.e flight number etc. Although our apartment is located at the guesthouse we also find time to venture outside of the business at times (museums, restaurants, shows etc); so we require your travel details to schedule ourselves to be at the guesthouse to greet and meet you. We use flight details, train details etc. to estimate delays and weather issues. Our daily schedule is based on each arrival; as the guests arrival come first before leisure time (Unless we are on vacation).
- Balance due is payable at check in, in either Cash, travelers cheques, money orders, or US cheques (restrictions apply for cheques). Identification required at check in.
Rooms at our lodge book very fast and usually very far in advance. Very rarely do we have bookings on a "today for tomorrow" time line basis, thus, cancellations affect us significantly and we also have non-recoverable expenses. This is the reason for our NON refundable deposit and due dates for deposits. This is why we ask everyone to ensure that their plans are certain. Please see our POLICIES.
