Welcome to our Guest House
Named after two Boston Terrier Doggies; Bubba and Bean Lodges offers a different type of accommodation in New York City. What we offer at our home is simple; A place to call your home when visiting New York.
* Bostons are limited to their private areas, as well as the streets and parks of NYC only. You will never find them in the guest areas or units.
Rooms are located at our private walk up townhome built in the mid 1800's. Our accommodations reflect our love for our guesthouse; our home. It is important to note that we do not serve breakfast as rooms have their own kitchenettes.
The guesthouse is run with the basic concept as you would run your own home with visiting respectful guests; the guests come first!
We try to offer something other than the "normal" hotel atmosphere, in-fact we are not considered a hotel. Upon your arrival; Jonathan (owner/host) takes you to your unit in the townhouse where the check in, and a verbal introduction to Manhattan and local sites occurs.
Your own fully furnished private unit comes fully equipped.
We enjoy having great guests and prefer to have rooms empty until we get those great guests. Luckily, we always get those guests, and remain fairly booked all year round.
You only hear from us if you need us. You have your full privacy. We are a few steps or a phone call away for anything additional for enhancing your stay.

Located in a Cosmopolitan residential area; we are between 101 & 102 Street on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. We are in a very favorable residential neighborhood and minutes walk from many Museums, Boutique Shopping, Central Park, Mount Saini Hospital and Restaurants.
